Eligibility Criteria for MIPS Reporting Participation

• You must have a bill of more than $90,000 per year for covered professional services under PFS.
• You must have provided medicare services to more than 200 Part B patients
• You must be offering Medicare services to more than 200 beneficiaries
• Qualifying APM participants

• Healthcare providers with a minimum volume threshold of patients or payments.
